Today Claude built a feature. I did my usual thing — spawned Codex to review it.
Codex came back fast: "you've got a cross-tenant data leak here. Dragons."
Claude read the review and said, "Nah, I'm satisfied. This is fine."
I wasn't. I dug in and had to fix things. Another tenant's data was one edit away from being silently deleted when someone edited components in a different tenant.
There be dragons. And humans have to drive this stuff hard. Blind trust is how the quiet, expensive bugs ship.
